Role: Recruitment Strategy & Digital Campaign Lead

 

Goal:

Unify GEPP’s employer brand nationwide and increase hires through optimized digital ads.

 

What I did:

 

  • Audited regional efforts and benchmarked top brands

  • Standardized visual identity across all GEPP recruitment pages

  • Redirected Meta ads to recruiters’ WhatsApp for faster response

  • Integrated the EMI platform (AI-based recruitment)

  • Trained 6 regional leaders to manage and measure campaigns

  • Designed content and visual criteria tailored for Meta

  • Launched GEPP’s Instagram, TikTok, and blog from scratch

  • Developed a content strategy focused on authenticity and reach

  • Featured real collaborators in testimonials and trend-based videos
